Some people have asked me to show a picture of my dog, Angus, who died a few days ago. (See Angus Post). My wife found an old photo, which she had put on a disc for me. He was the finest dog I’ve ever known, of stronger character than many people I’ve met, and more dear to me than I realized; it took losing him to find out just how much. Man, I miss him.

I’m sorry you lost the little guy.
Thank you. I’m really kind of pathetic; he was, after all, just a dog. Still, I hope I go through my declining years with as much dignity. (Doubtful).
Peace, fond memories and continued wisdom!
Thank you. The first two are easy; The last implies there was wisdom to start with.
You mentioned, “…more dear to me than I realized…” to me, a very wise person would be aware of the strength of love. I believe that wisdom comes in all forms and is created in many ways. Wise people learn and share the knowledge in different forms once the realization happens 😉
Very well, I’m convinced; I’m wise! Thank you!
